Pool service Lakewood Ranch FL

Pool service in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Family-owned weekly pool care, green-to-clean recovery, equipment repair, equipment installation, and pool acid wash across every Lakewood Ranch community. Same crew on your route every week, photo report on every visit, no contracts. Sundays we go home.

Why Sundays Pools is built for Lakewood Ranch.

Lakewood Ranch is one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the country, and the pool density here is unusual. Most of the homes built since 1995 came pool-ready, which means the area has tens of thousands of residential pools, the vast majority on a relatively young plaster cycle, with builder-grade equipment that is now reaching first-replacement age. That is the market we built Sundays Pools for.

The community-level standards in Lakewood Ranch are also unusual. Many of the developments inside the master plan (Country Club East, The Lake Club, Esplanade, Lorraine Lakes, Polo Run, Greenbrook) have HOA expectations about how a backyard looks from the street or the golf course, and those expectations include the pool. A green pool, a noisy pump, or a stained plaster floor is the kind of thing that gets a notice taped to the door. We work to that standard by default.

Sam, the owner, lives in the area and runs every install over $4,000 personally. The crew you see on Tuesday is the same crew you saw last Tuesday. The photo report we email after every visit is the same standard we learned on celebrity pools in Beverly Hills, applied to your pool in Country Club East or Lorraine Lakes.

What Lakewood Ranch pool owners actually deal with

Every market has its quirks. Lakewood Ranch has a few specific ones worth knowing about, since they shape what good pool service looks like here.

Saltwater systems are the local standard.

A higher percentage of Lakewood Ranch pools run saltwater chlorination than the rest of the Gulf Coast. The community skews newer construction, builders here have defaulted to salt cells on most package deals since around 2010, and customers tend to keep them. Salt cells need a different watch list than chlorine tab feeders: cell scaling, plate wear, controller calibration. Our weekly visit includes salt-cell inspection on every saltwater pool. Saltwater service adds $10 a month to the standard rate.

Caged pools dominate, but the cages take a beating.

Almost every Lakewood Ranch pool sits inside a screen enclosure. The cages do real work keeping leaves, palmetto bugs, and frogs out of the water. They also tear in storms, and a torn screen panel changes a clean pool into a debris-heavy pool in one weekend. We note screen condition on our weekly visit and tell you when it's time to call your screen company before the chemistry costs you.

Your HOA has opinions about your equipment pad.

A lot of the Lakewood Ranch sub-developments have view-corridor rules about what is visible from the street or the golf course. New equipment installs sometimes need a screen wall, paint match, or a relocation behind the lanai. We've worked through these in Country Club East, The Lake Club, and Lorraine Lakes specifically, and we factor HOA submission time into the install schedule when it applies.

Pool age is hitting the first replacement cycle.

Lakewood Ranch as a master plan started in 1994. Pools built in the late 1990s and early 2000s are now 20 to 30 years old, which means original pumps are well past their service life, original salt cells have been replaced once or twice, and original plaster is approaching the point where acid wash or replaster becomes the right next move. We see a lot of "I haven't thought about my equipment in 20 years" conversations in this community.

Common Lakewood Ranch pool service questions

Do you cover the entire Lakewood Ranch master plan, including the newer sections?

Yes. We service every section of Lakewood Ranch, from the original 1994 communities through the newest Lorraine Lakes and Sweetwater developments. New construction homes (within the first year) sometimes have warranty arrangements with the builder's pool company; we can pick up service the moment the builder warranty expires.

Will you work with my HOA's view-corridor rules during an equipment install?

Yes. Several of the Lakewood Ranch sub-HOAs have specific submission processes for new pool equipment that is visible from the street, golf course, or pond. We've gone through these in Country Club East and The Lake Club specifically and factor the submission window into the install schedule.

Can you keep up with snowbird seasons?

Yes. We have customers in Lakewood Ranch who are in residence November through April and away the rest of the year. We adjust the weekly visit cadence to a maintenance schedule while you're away (still weekly chemistry checks, less frequent vacuuming) and resume full service when you return. The visit reports email to you the same way regardless.

Do you handle pool light replacement and color LED upgrades?

Yes. Pool light fixtures, LED driver swaps, color-changing controller upgrades, and full multi-light installs are all part of our equipment install scope. Most LED upgrades on a Lakewood Ranch pool run $400 to $900 per fixture installed.

Are you available for HOA-managed community pool service?

Currently we focus on residential service. We have capacity to take on small community pools (clubhouse pools, single-amenity pools at smaller sub-developments) on a case-by-case basis, but full community-pool contract management is not a service we offer at this stage.
